David Ronick, founderDavid learned to craft persuasive arguments as an English major at Brown University, developed consulting skills at A.T. Kearney, and got hooked on entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School. David launched his first venture in 1996 – one of the first online social networks. Next, he started a company that sold advertising space on consumer products. He also helped launch a leading jeans company, and a celebrity beverage brand. David has experience with most types of entrepreneurial finance. He has bootstrapped startups, and has raised capital from friends and family, angel investors, angel networks, venture capital firms, and corporations. David has planned new businesses in a wide range of industries, including digital media, e-commerce, advertising, skin care, cosmetics, luxury goods, baby products, software, health care, beverages, retail, apparel, and toys.
